Commercial TPO Roofing

TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) is a single-ply membrane widely used on flat and low-slope commercial roofs. Seams are heat-welded rather than glued, creating a continuous watertight surface across the roof field.

Where TPO fits

TPO is commonly specified for warehouses, retail centers, office buildings, medical facilities and industrial properties with large flat roof areas. The reflective white surface is a common choice in the Houston climate.

Details matter more than the field of the roof. Perimeter terminations, curbs, drains, pipe penetrations and equipment supports are where most single-ply roofs fail first, so those are where careful workmanship pays off.

Installation, repair or replacement

We work on TPO roofs at every stage: repairing damaged membrane and failed seams, addressing leaks around penetrations, and installing new TPO systems when a replacement is the right call.

If your existing TPO roof is aging but sound, a coating system may also be worth evaluating. The inspection determines which path we recommend.
